Welcome to the SHIFT Agribusiness Supply Chain Cohort Community!
This group is the private community space for participants in Capacity Building for Maximum Results, SHIFT Enterprise Academy’s Agribusiness Supply Chain Cohort.
This is where we stay connected between live sessions, share updates, ask questions, complete discussion prompts, support one another, and continue applying the SHIFT Approach to agribusiness, supply chain development, entrepreneurship, and long-term enterprise building.
At SHIFT, we do not tell you what to think. We help you learn how to think. This cohort is designed to help you clarify your role in the agribusiness supply chain, understand your customer, strengthen your offer, build a 90-day action plan, and prepare to share your venture story with confidence.
This is not a space where you only come to receive. You also come to give, share, encourage, ask better questions, and bring your own energy.
The people who do best with SHIFT are the ones who show up, follow directions, complete the work, participate, and apply what they learn.

Read instructions carefully, complete assignments on time, and use the group for the purpose of the cohort.
Share With Intention
Post questions, reflections, resources, updates, and assignment responses that help the group grow.
Protect the Space
Do not share private Zoom links, participant information, or group discussions outside the cohort without permission.
No Spam or Random Promotion
You may share your venture when it is relevant to the cohort, but this is not a place for random selling or unrelated promotion.
