This SHIFT Enterprise Academy program provides agribusiness entrepreneurs and operators in East Africa with the structure and discipline needed to scale ventures. Moving beyond theory, the course applies the SHIFT Approach to the agribusiness supply chain, focusing on market clarity, financial discipline, and leadership. Participants will analyze their role in the supply chain, refine their offer, and build a 90-day action plan for measurable impact. The curriculum is designed for emerging founders and venture builders who are ready to move from idea to execution through accurate thinking and professional partnership readiness.
